What is in the water in India? Why are alot of children being born with very rare conditions?

it's not just unclean water ; ignorance, illetracy, closebloodrelative-marraiges, early marraiges,total negligence of medicare, poor hygiene,malnutrition, vitaminmineral deficiency, adulterated foodstuff , toxive waste ,growth of new viruses causing diseaces, all count. the overpopulation & global trade affects space for living& the failure by the govt&corrupted politicians to provide clean water &clean environment facilities for all also count.the people also dont bother to select &elect their leaders
