so i started going to the gym five days a week and have been going there for a month already then i took a four day break then my arms started getting this horrible pain when i sleep, stand , or im just sittin around and it felt like i was just antsy so i went to the gym and worked out my arms and felt better then a couple days after that i felt worse and the pain feels like my circulation is being cut off and its only in my arms and sometimes when im trying to sleep i get sharp pains in them whats going on!!!!!
