Could you get a girl pregnant by her?

obviously you cant get a girl pregnant just by her, but this is more of what im really talking about. i tend to leak clear slippery liquid, which i've come to understand is more of just a lubricant or is called pre-ejaculatory fluid. and i accidently touched it and then did you know what. and i wiped it off, but maybe not all of it. could she get pregnant by that?
