Possible double jeopardy cross examination?

Okay, so tomorrow I have to debate the pros of the double jeopardy rule. I have to participate in a cross x, and I would like to know beforehand what questions I may be bombarded with. I also would like to know how to respond to some of these questions, so I don't get nervous when they ask me. Can anybody help me, or give a reference to a site that might?
