I doubt that this is what is making you sick. It could be a maggot ( I ume that is what you meant by maget). Maggots are just juvenile flies and some flies, such as fruit flies, have very small maggots. Some insects are parasitic, but most parasites will not make you sick. Harming you would be stupid since if anything happened to you they would die. Have you tried stopping drinking milk for a few days? One of my friends just became lactose intolerant last year so it can happen fairly suddenly. If you think that the worm was infecting you it may have been a round worm. They live in your digestive tract and you mostly don't notice them. You can only get them from eating food contaminated by feces though so I doubt you have them; they are mainly common in cats.
