"Only one wedding a day" policy vs possibility of 2 brides in white dresses? (long- lots of details, sorry!)?

I'm from a smaller town in Ohio, and would honestly not even look twice at the place if I knew there was a possibility that I'd be sharing it. BUT, that's just me, and also NONE of the places around here book more than one event a day.
