Im almost 4 weeks late on my period but my are not growing so i cant be pregnant ; or could i be ?

My stomach has been making weird noises and I'm always hungry but then don't want to eat . People say I look skinnier but I feel like I'm getting bigger . I feel weird pulses in my stomach at times to . A lot of constipation and diarrea .my are really squishy wouldn't they be hard if I was pregnant . What could it be I'm 4 weeks late now . Am I pregnant ?
