Continental airlines new 15 dollars a bag fee- is this right?

You know how i beat the system. I bought this ski bag that was disguised as a golf bag off a website. I did that cuz im a frequent flyer and im a sponsored rider so i go to a lot of places. Most airlines make you pay very little for golf bags compared to ski bags, snowboard bags, surfboard bags, and etc. Saved me some good money!
