Why is it honest hardworking illegals when they have an accident take off running leaving serious injuries?

You can't expect people like that to have a conscience and do the right thing. They are here illegally, driving illegally and with no insurance. The one that crashed into my uncle didn't get away, in fact if he goes anywhere now in jail he is rolling there lmfao!
