Which zodiac sign would you like to meet, that you haven't already met?

I've encountered just about every sign but usually end up dating a water sign, (a Pisces or a Cancer), but Cancerians are way too emotional when we're together. As far as Capricorns go, I've dated one and he was pretty quiet, but y as a mofo. Everyone's different, but I've read in my astrology book that Capricorns are pretty conceited and they got that one right on the money. How about a Sagittarius? (if that's still considered a zodiac sign lol) I feel like those would make a pretty good match with Aries, especially if you want someone not too out there. They're kind of in between or a Libra?
