Should Shoeless Joe Jackson and/or Pete Rose be inducted in the Hall Of Fame? Yes? No? & why you feel that way

I don't know enough about Jackson to say if he should be reinstated in Baseball & allowed in the Hall Of Fame. As for Pete Rose i think he belongs b/c unless I'm wrong it wasn't proven that he betted against his team & also this supposedly happened when he was a manager & not a player
