Is this cause for concern?

My one and a half year old developed a bump on his bottom eyelid two days ago. His eye has been pink and slightly swollen. Yesterday, a second bump appeared on the same eye. This one is on the top eyelid. Today, I've noticed a thick, stringy, blood-tinged discharge from his eye. His tear ducts seem to be blocked also. I umed he had a sty so I've been treating it at home. I've had them myself, but never with this kind of drainage. What do you think this is?
