I have a 2001 Mustang with stock radio and i want to hook my iPhone 4 up. What do i do?

My mom says "Hell no" to getting a different radio installed and i don't know what to think about the FM adapters. I have heard they are unreliable. My stereo system is the Mach 460. No AUX import, no cette player, just a 6 CD changer and an AM/FM radio.
