How long does it take yahoo to respond to a incorrectly deleted question?

I appealed a violation and got an email stating that they needed my yahoo id. So I emailed them stating "my yahoo id is . . ." The next morning I got the exact same email asking for my Yahoo id again. Feeling that I was "snipe hunting" I gave up.
