Did I eat a lot today?

that is in my case hardly any food at all and would not fill me up so don't be worried if you think it is too much, it is a very healthy food choice if you are on a diet and if you carry on eating like that and doing all those exercises regularly you will loose a lot of weight if that is what you want. But remember to eat some meat for a healthy balance that is important in a diet. I am sure if loosing weight or just eating healthy is your option it will work out if you are able to maintain what you are doing.
