Density question?

ok so in chemistry we started working on solutions. And I have a homework question that asks for the molarity, molality, and mole fraction of HCl in an aqueous solution. the density is 1.19g/cm3 and the m percent of solute is 38. I can do molality and mole fraction but I can't seem to get the molarity right. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
